First, I ordered the ring in August, 8/15, paid for it 9/9/26. I heard nothing about delivery, sent email on 9/19. Received email that the ring would be in and sent end of October. Received email that ring was shipped 10/23. Received package 10/26. Upon opening, found that only one of the 3 rings were sent, sent email requesting plan. Received email that they would investigate. Received email that the ring had been loscated and would be sent in 5-7 days. 10/31 received a USPS delivery note that it couldn't be delivered because I owed $6.79 postage! Paid the fee, got the ring on 11/2. What a mess. However, upon inspecting the ring set, I find it to be just what I'd hoped it would be...looked just like the picture in the catalog. This is a Christmas gift and I know she'll love it. Lee Berg
