A real American explorer and adventurer. In 1940, when Goddard was fifteen years old, he wrote down a list of 127 goals he wanted to accomplish, from learning to type to climbing Mount Everest. In 1951 he became the first man to navigate the length of the Nile in a kayak; followed by climbing Kilimanjaro and explorations of the Congo.
